Belgian Waffles


These Waffles are hands down the best waffles ever! Taste so much like the waffles i love to eat in hotels! Ive tried another recipe with Egg whites of course and the harder way but not to lie this has to be the easiest and tastiest ive tired. Golden & Crispy delicious on the outside, and completely  soft and fluffy on the inside.. 

Easy and Fluffy Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

1 3/4 Cups all purpose flour
1/4 Cup corn starch
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 Cups milk
1/2 Cup butter (1 stick melted)
1 1/2 Tsp vanilla
a pinch of nutmeg
1/2 Tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron.Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth.(Grease waffle iron before each use) Pour approximately 1/2 cup batter onto the hot waffle iron, and cook for 3:30 minutes, or to your liking.Serve hot and fresh with sifted powdered sugar, syrup & fresh berries or bananas which is my favorite with waffles.. and whipped cream!
